Georgian U-18 rugby team lost to England 8:58 in ¼ final of European Championship which is underway in Spain.
England scored three tries in the first 35 minutes. They used all three conversions and scored two penalties. Georgians scored only one penalty and could not use the second one. Besides that, referee sin-binned two Georgians.
At the beginning of the second half England increased advantage. Then, Georgians tried to score try but were scored try. The referee sin-binned one English player but England managed to score the 6th try and advanced 48:3. Young Georgians managed to score try five minute before the end of the match. But England scored two more tries and won the match – 58:8.
Georgian team will hold the next match on April 3 and will continue playing for V place. Georgians will play against loser between Wales and Italy. Their match started at 16:30 Tbilisi time.
