He is a fighter and lovely football player. We have heard from his first coach that he was never lazy to practice. Jano wanted the ball to be the thing which would make him famous.

He achieved success soon. Jano was 17 years old when fans moved from east to west tribune to watch his play. It was on “Mikheil Meskhi” when the boy played for U-21 team.

No matter what career Jano Ananidze will have in future but he has already had fame in Georgian football. He refused the Russians to play for their national team. Before that, Jano preferred career in Georgian U-17 team to “Dynamo” Kyiv…

I do not remember if I have written but before that match when fans sat on west tribune, U-21 team practiced on “Ameri” stadium. Jano showed up on the pitch the first. He took the balls and started practicing.

He is short but brave. He plays pleasant football and knows what to do on the field. In spite of age, he never hangs out.

On Tuesday Jano played in “Spartak”-“Barcelona” match. The Moscow team could do nothing against the grand. Before the Georgian started playing, the fate of the match was already decided.

After the match Jano exchanged the jersey with Daniel Alves. Jano wore another jersey inside. There was photo of Amiran Ananidze and inscription: “You are in my heart”.

It is a great tragedy to lose father at the age of 20. Jano has beard. No one has seen him smiling after the return from Kobuleti to Moscow.

Good gesture of Unai Emery is worth mentioning: he let Jano play against “Barcelona” – it was kind of cheering him up.

We believe the death of his father will not effect on career of Jano.
