Women’s World Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships will be held in
Lado Vardzelashvili, minister of Georgian Sport and Youth Affairs, applied Association of Chess Professionals with official letter and confirmed its desire to hold Women’s World Rapid Chess Championship in
Place and regulation of the championship will be known later. Number of Georgian chess players is not known yet.
Prize money of World Championship is 100 000 USD.
