Georgian national basketball team lost the last round match of group D at European Championship with Bulgaria – 69:79. All the fans are disappointed. In the fourth quarter Igor Kokoskov’s team was winning with five points, but in the last two minutes they played terribly… now we are depend on results between Ukraine and Belgium. If Ukraine beats Bulgaria, Georgian national team will go through the next round.

Sanikidze scored the most points among Georgians (18 points), Haynez collected 15 points, Pachulia and Markoishvili 13-13 points. Roulend was the best among Bulgarians, he gained 25 points.
