“We will Swallow Japan in Such Way that We will not Choke"

“I have recently heard about determinationa and organized playing of Japanese. I would like to say that we are also very determined and organized. I have heard that they were very glad when they heard our staff.I have been chewing this so much that I will swallow it in a such way that I will not choke”- stated Davit Zirakishvili the best sportsman of Georgian national team and the first liner of French “Clermont”.
It was the answer of Zirakishvili to the question how we have to play against organized and technical Japanese in tomorrow’s match. He talked about 21-match unbeatable serie and the importance of fans:

We are no longer an unbeatable team. I remember time when Romania and such type teams used to beat us here. I can call recent years, the years of development of rugby. Our family members, relatives, Georgians are very proud of our vicories and when we feel their support, we fight for victory more”

The final training of “The Lelos” which was held at “Mikheil Meskhi” looked like a real match. After that besides Zirakishvili, Milton Haig manager of the team and Irakli Abuseridze came to the press-conference.

Milto Haig:” To my mind, we got ready very well for the uproming match. But as a manager I am not never satisfied. I do not like to talk about our situations and I do not care, what Japanese were thinking about. Everything is in our hands and the main is to use our strong sides. The result is depend how well we will be able to perform our insturctions. The result is not depend on the Japanese.

We learnt how our rival plays and what we should expect from them. Ady John introduced his style in this team. He tries to control the ball as long as it is possible. But we have our plan and we will act according to it”.

Irakli Abuseridze:” a very difficult match is ahead us. Japan plays fast and dinamic playing, but we have stronger attackers and we will try to use the superiority what they will gain. Training under legendary Tana Umaga is a great pleasure and I am very happy that he is next to us. There is a very little time and that’s why he is more concentrated to improve mistakes and relevantly we do not have time to work on new combinations. I hope in the future we will have time to work on it too”.
