In the second stage of European Championship 2011, Georgian national basketball team offered the most dramatic and interesting match to basketball fans. The final tournament is in the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius. In case of victory, Georgians would be in better mood, in such case we would have real chance of going through the quarterfinal. We were very close to our goal… 16 seconds before final whistle, Nikoloz Tskitishvili scored two penalty kicks and equalized 63:63.Bo McCalebb leader of Macedonian team managed to score two point kick – 65:63. Macedonia is leader in our group with 3 victories. Nikoloz Tskitishvili scored double kick twice (20 points, 10 rebounds). McCalebb gained 27 points.

Georgian national team holds the next match against Finland on September 10.
