One of the best basketball team of Georgian men’s basketball XXI national championship MIA stayed without head coach Davit Ustiashvili and Beka Tsivtsivadze. Levan Mikaberidze sport director of MIA told it to “World Sport”.
“We said good-bye to Ustiashvili and Tsivtsivadze after agreement about stopping contract with them, the reason of it was failures with “Olimpi” (72:80) and “Armia” (62:100). We wish them all the best. Since today Archil Zhgenti is acting head coach of MIA till the end of the first circle of XXI national championship.  In case of good result Zhgenti has chance to stay on this position. In other case we will offer foreign specialist to become head coach of MIA”- stated Mikaberidze.
