“As a rule, very strong teams compete at Ukrainian tournament and that’s why we started preparation early , I asked the federation to take place in this tournament. It is pleasant that we managed to win 5 medals. I would like to thank guys, who really did their bests. Generations are changing in our team now. In these two years, a lot of sportsmen left youth teams, who were favorites at any tournament. Vladimer Khinchegashvili (55 kg), Davit Khutsihvili (74 kg) and Davit Marsagishvili (84 kg) are members of national team now. They are as successful there as they were in youth team. Time by time we create strong team and for it the most important thing is more experience at international tournaments”- stated Nugzar Skhireli.
President of federation and assistant of Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs congratulate sportsmen who succeeded at Ukrainian tournament and wish them success in the future.
