On Monday, Georgian U-17 team of Koba Zhorzhikashvili left for Spain where the team will hold two friendly matches against Spanish team.
According to the official website of Georgian Football Federation, Zhorzhikashvili chose 18 players for the future sparrings:
Goalkeepers: Gabriel Tebidze (“Olimpi”), Giorgi Beria (“Merani”, Martvili);
Defenders: Dato Mtivlishvili, Sandro Chigvaria (both – the 35th football school), Nika Sandokhadze (“Dinamo”), Sulkhan Kakhidze (“Kobuleti”), Tsotne Moniava (“Merani”, Martvili).
Midfielders: Dachi Tsnobiladze (“Olimpi”), Nika Diasamidze (“Batumi”), Gogi Gogichaishvili (“Torpedo”), Avto Endeladze (“Baia”), Lukas Hufnagel (“Bayern”, Germany), Temur Markozashvili (“Merani”, Tbilisi), Shalva Ekvtimishvili (the 35th football school).
Forwards: Bachana Arabuli (no club), Guram Samushia (“Baia”), Giorgi Pantsulaia (“Olimpi”), Nika Tarkashvili (“Beerschot”, Belgium).
Hufnagel and Tarkashvili will join the team of Zhorzhikashvili in Spain. U-17 team will stay in Madrid and they will hold the first sparring on February 22 and the second one – on February 24.
On March 25-30, Georgian U-17 team will participate in European Championship elite round 2011 in France. France, Belarus and Norway will be opponents of Georgia.
