Freestyle wrestler Otar Tushishvili finished active sports career. Three-time European and world champion and Olympic prize winner decided to end up career due to chronic injury.

“Tbilisi will host European Championship in spring and I wanted to wrestle for the title in front of my fans but injury did not let me practice. I have suffered from injuries recently. Unfortunately, I cannot even practice and I have to end up my career” – Otar Tushishvili told “World Sport”.

European and world champion and two-time Olympic prize winner Giorgi Gogshelidze was going to finish career but he does not hurry.

“I have not wrestled at Georgian Championship but I have not finished my career. I will continue practicing” – stated Gogshelidze.
