According to information spread on official web-site of “Torpedo” Kutaisi, the club signed contract with three football players. All of them are from outsider “Sioni” Bolnisi. One of them is 23-year-old midfielder Valeri Bolkvadze, who spent his career in two Georgian clubs. In 2010-2011 years’ season he plyed 19 matches for “Spartaki” and scored 2 goals. As for the current championship, Bolkvadze played 13 matches for “Sioni”.
The second one is 25-year-old Giorgi Rekhviashvili, possition- defender. He used to played for “Sioni” Bolnisi and held 27 matches in Supreme League.
As for the third one he is 25-year-old Giorgi Kutsuria, he played 23 matches in National championship. While playing for “Sioni:, he held 15 matches and scored 4 goals. In recent years he used to play for these following Georgian clubs: 2007-2008 – “Lokomotivi” Tbilisi, 2008-2009 “Mglebi” Zugdidi and “Olimpi” Rustavi.
All of them signed 5-5-year contracts with “Torpedo”. After appointing Gia Geguchadze as head coach of “Torpedo” these following players were transferred: Davit Janelidze, Nika Pirtskhalava, Data Rigvava and Giorgi Lemonjava. These following players have been released from the club: Tengiz Chikviladze, Dachi Popkhadze, Sevasti Todua, Davit Bolkvadze and Giorgi Megrelidze.
