After losing singles tournament in the city of USA, Memphis, Georgian tennis player Anna Tatishvili started participation in doubles tournament and celebrated victory.

Tatishvili and Ukrainian Olga Savchuk won over British Borwell and Canadian Pelletier 6:2, 6:4. In ¼ final, Georgian-Ukrainian duet will play against No.3 seed duet of King (USA) and Krajicek (Holland). Prize money of Cellular South Cup is 220 000 USD.

Georgian tennis player Sopo Kvatsabaia lost against No.12 seed Czech Iveta Gerlova 4:6, 4:6 in the city of Turkey, Antalya.

Maka Chakhnashvili and Sopo Shapatava played in the main draw. Shapatava has already lost the tournament. She lost against Ukrainian Sophia Kovalets 6:0, 0:6, 3:6. As for Chakhnashvili, she will play against Portuguese Maria Joao Koehler.

In doubles tournament, No.1 seed duet of Chakhnashvili and Kvatsabaia will start participation from ¼ final. Gorgodze and Shapatava will play against Bulgarians Evtimova and Kostova.
