Two weeks in a row, Anna Tatishvili is trying to overcome qualifying round of premier class tournaments, after competing in Canada she is competing at Western & Southern Open, which is underay in the state of the U.S.A., Ohio (Prize money 2 050 000 $). Anna managed to overcome qualifying round at this tournament, but she lost in the first round. 

Tatishvili played against Bojana Jovanovski (No5 seed) and lost 3:6, 6:3, 2:6.  Georgian top seed Anna Tatishvili, who i s No.84 seed in WTF world ranking will not advance in rating after this tournament, because only one rating point was for playing in quialyfing round. 

On August 29 Slam Tournamnet - USA Open starts in New York. On August 21, two very important tournaments are to be held in New Haven (Prize money 618 00 $) and Texas (prize money 220 000).  In the capital of Turkey, Instanbul Sopho Kvatsabaia managed to go through the final in double tournament (prize money 10 000 $). Kvatsabaia and Bulgarian Shinikova won over French duet 7:5, 6:4 but in the decisive match they lost with Portuguese-British duet 3:6, 6:2, 10:12.
