Georgian chess players played the 4th round of European Individual Championship successfully. Three of them celebrated victory and five drew. Levan Pantsulaia and Lela Javakhishvili have the best results among Georgians, they have 3.0. points and according to additional points they are on the 33rd and 41st places.
Baadur Jobava gained 2.5. points as well as Davit Lobjanidze, Tornike Sanikidze and Luka Paichadze. He is ranked No.8 at this competition but after three drew matches managed to win the 4th one. Jobava won over Greek Pavlidus with black pieces.
11 rounds will be held at European Championship which is underway in the city of France, Aix les Bains. March 29 is a day off. The tournament will end up on April 2.
