In the third round of group D at European championship, Georgian national team lost with one of the leaders of the group Slovenia – 75:87.  
It is remarkable, that Georgia advanced in the first quarter with 13 points, but it could not manage to keep advantages. Zaza Pachulia (22 points), central forward of Georgian team scored the most points among Georgian basketball players. As for Slovenians, Lakovich gained 22 points.
