“Rubin” Kazan wants to release 19-year-old Georgian defender Saba Kverkvelia on loan. Defender of Georgian U-21 team showed up in the main staff of “Rubin” when Spanish Cesar Navas had injury. After that, Sana lost his place in the main staff and it is not surprising – “Rubin” is a strong club and it is difficult for 19-year-old football player to establish himself.

“When Kverkvelia played in the main staff, it was dangerous to play with four defenders. We played with five defenders and ensured Georgian from all sides. We would have been punished for those mistakes which Kverkvelia made while training. Of course, he is talented and we are happy that he is our football player.

…we know that Saba is old for reserve team and we want to release him on loan. Kverkvelia is tomorrow of “Rubin”. He plays very quickly and tries to play with assists. Sometimes he makes mistakes but it is difficult without that. He knows what defender of “Rubin” needs. He knows everything and works much”, - stated coach of “Rubin” Kurban Berdiev in an interview with “Tatar-Inform”.

Let us see where 19-year-old defender will continue his career. He has experience of playing in the qualifying round of Champions League: he played well against “Dynamo” Kyiv and French “Lyon”.
