Organizational committee of Tbilisi Youth Olympic Festival 2015 held the press-conference. Archil Gegenava general director of this committee has introduced the journalists a general plan for the nearest future.  Revaz Chomakhidze general coordinator, Shota Khabareli sport coordinator and Giorgi Khachidze manager of this committee attended the press-conference.
“Hosting Youth Olympic Festival is very important for any country and we are glad, that Georgia was given chance to host this tournament. 4500 participants of Olympiada will arrive in Tbilisi. Besides them, 10 000-15 000 guests will pay visit to Tbilisi. Olympic Games will be held in 9 kinds of sport. We have close cooperation with Georgian federations of all these 9 kinds of sports and will be created plan for taking under consideration every organizational details. Revaz Chimakhidze works on international relations. Giorgi Khachidze will head other important organizational tasks”. – stated Archil Gegenava.
General director of organizational committee has made comment about Olympic village. According to Gegenava, negotiations with possible investors will finish in the second half of the next year. Probable date of starting building is named 2012.
Next year Org- Committee will hold contests for choosing symbol, logo and anthem of Olympic Youth Games.
