According to Sportske and Bliz.sport, “Partizan” of Belgrade wants to transfer Giorgi Merebashvili. According to it, Merebashvili will be one of the main targets of Serbian best club in summer.
During two years Merebashvili played in Serbia, but “Vojvodina” is another level club and “Partizan” another… “Black-White” (nickname of “Partizan”) becomes champion of Serbia for four years, four rounds are left but it is close to championship and needs one point for becoming champion for the fifth time.

Belgrade club is 11 times champion of former Yugoslavia, 8 times champion of Serbia and Montenegro. Besides this it won Cup of the country 12 times. Outstanding Avram Grant is head coach of “Partizan”- for one year. As far as you know Merebashvili belongs to “Dinamp” and due to trauma cannot play in the last matches. Giorgi played 53 matches and scored 21 goals for “Vojvodina”.
