After losing against former Russian champion Alisa Galiamova (2487), Georgian chess player Nazi Paikidze (2401) managed to mobilize, beat Anastasia Bodnaruk (2407) with black pieces and kept the second place at Super Final of Russian Chess Championship.
After 9 rounds, Paikidze has 6.0 points and is half point behind Galiamova. Tatiana Kosintseva (2581) and Natalia Pogonina (2472) are behind the leaders. They have 5.5-5.5 points.
Two rounds are left before the end of Super Final. On Friday Paikidze will play against Nadezhda Kosintseva (2576) with black pieces. On Saturday she will play the final match against Vera Nebolshina (2377) with white pieces.
