Georgian national judo team has the only representative in top ten in world ranking. Today Judo International Federation has published the latest ranking, where Amiran Papinashvili is on the 7^th place (70 weight category).  
One week ago Varlam liparteliani (90 kg) also was in top ten. But now his points gained at previous World Championship was half diminished and now he is on the 11st place. There are 3 Georgians in top 20. Levan Zhorzholiani (100 kg) is on the 15^th place.
The most hopeless situation is in 66 and 73 weight categories. Shalva Kardava (66 kg) who has the best ranking in compare with compatriots is on the 40^th place and Nugzar Tatalashvili (73 kg) is on the 34 place.
