The central match of the second circle of the eighth round of Georgian Basketball Super League was held between “Dinamo” and “Olimpi” at Tbilisi Sports Palace. The match ended in favor of “Olimpi”- 92:54. Giorgi Gamkrelidze was top-scorer in “Olimpi”, he scored 24 points and as for ‘Dinamo”, Duda Sanadze scored 20 points. It is newsworthy that Giorgi Tsintsadze held the first match for “Olimpi”. Giorgi playef for 23 minutes and during this period he gained 11 points and 9 assists.

Gia Kazanjiani (head coach of “Olimpi”): “First of all I would like to thank guys for such brilliant match. They did all the instructions very well and especially they did well in defense. As for Giorgi Tsintsadz, I would like to congratulate him debut. I want to mention that before Easter maybe Vladimer Boisa joins us”.

Giorgi Tsintsadze (basketball player of”Olimpi”): “My teammates really did well. I missed seven months and was preparing for today’s match for a long time. I gained huge pleasure from this match and I hope that I will improve my playing more and more”.

Mamuka Abramidze(assistant of head coach of “Dinamo”):

 “Olimpi” is stronger team than “Dinamo”, but in spite of this we should not lose with such point difference. Unfortunately, we did not well in offence as well as in defense today, so it is logical that we lost”.

Soso Lezhava (basketball player of “Dinamo”): I agree with my head coach and also will say that we did not play well”.
