On Thursday, meeting of Georgian Sambo Federation will be held at Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs. The main issue of the meeting will be to choose new president of the federation. President Levan Tediashvili and vice-president Oleg Iadze who was also head coach of the team resigned.

“I have not written the statement willingly, I was dismissed. The reason is one – arrival of the team in Moscow and competition in “Presidents Cup”. I will say everything tomorroe”, - stated Oleg Iadze.

As we found out there is the only candidate of becoming president – Teimur Giorgadze. The head of municipal department of emergency situations was appointed as president of Georgian Wrestling Federation 6 months ago. Supposedly, tomorrow this position will become vacant.
