Statement of leader of coalition “Georgian Dream” about restoring justice in the country, resolve property disputes with negotiations, is timely and extremely important.

It is about property rights of “Dinamo” Tbilisi. I highlight that the issue of returning it to the first owner is not new. This issue is active since 2001 when rights were taken away from the management of the club by force!

I think football family with competent authorities must solve controversial issues of football.

So, I appeal former and current owners of the club to meet each other and to find out legal owner. In case of ending the negotiations with negative results, this issue must be discussed by court.
