- They have to exclude such thing. National team is very important for me. I was very young when I played for national team and based on it I created career in Russian Premier League. In a word, talking about it is nonsense: I will never refuse from national team.
- It is pity, that you miss such matches.
- Yes, it is pity, but I would not be allowed to play. I forgot when I played for national team last time.
- Did you talk to Ketsbaia about it?
- No, I did not. He is coach and decides everything. I was always looking forward for giving chance of playing. Playing for national team is very valuable. When we beat Croatia, it was the happiest day in my life, in comparison with the birthday of my child. It is pity, but I will support guys from Krasnodar, I will watch matches against Belarus and Spain on TV.
- Before gaining injury you missed some matches in “Krasnodar”. Why?
- Without me the club won the only match and did not change the staff. I was in the main staff against TSKA again. I missed a lot but I did not play badly in this match. I have good relationship with coaches and president of the club.
- What about opponents in“Krasnodar”?
- They are good guys, but I will recover and then will stand in the goalposts. I am No.1
- What is the goal of the club in Premier League?
- Being in top 6 and going through the Euro tournaments. At the beginning our goal was being in top 8, but when no matter you take the 8th, 9th or the 10th place. We want to take the sixth place and we have such staff, that we have chance of it. Let’s see, championship has just started.
