Akhvlediani is a former member of Georgian U-17 team. He held 8 matches and scored 2 goals in the mentioned team.

He was named as the best football player at the international tournament in Kazakhstan.

It is worth mentioning that Nika is a son of veteran Georgian football player Badri Akhveldiani who played for “Torpedo” Kutaisi. Badri also played for the national team.
