Greco-Roman youth wrestling team found out champions and prize-winners in all eight categories. On January 26, on the second day of the tournament prize winners were found out in 55, 66, 84 and 120 kg weight categories.
Ramaz Surmanidze became champion in 55 kg weight category. In final fight he won over Abesalob Katamadze of Zestafoni. It is newsworthy Tsetskhladze and Shavadze are prize-winners in European championship in 50kg weigh category.
Piruz Tsulukidze was the main favorite in 66 kg weight category, who became European champion two years ago (63 kg) proved his possibilities among seniors at Georgian championship. In final match he lost with more experienced Irakli Chochua and gained silver medal. But in his age category he became champion.

In 84 kg weight category Robert Kobliashvili wrestled against Davit Chakvetadze as well as last year, this time Chakvetadze managed to take revenge over him. As for heavy weight, Levan Arabuli from Tbilisi became champion. In decisive fight (100 kg) he won over Zurab Gedekhauri. Giorgi Khabashvili and Mukhran Chanturidze again won bronze medals.
On February 8, Vladimer Adeishvili head coach of youth team will take the staff with these champions and prize winners, who were found out at Georgian championship to Bakuriani.
