Mtskheta Hosts a Decisive Match

One match is postponed in delayed 19th round of Georgian championship. Due to reconstruction of “Tengiz Burjanadze” stadium “Dila” has chosen “Mikheil Meskhi”, but it hosts the match between Georgian and Albanian national football teams on February 29 and that’s why the match between “Dila” Gori and “Metalurh” is to be held on March1. Central match of the 19th round will be held in Mtskheta between “Wit-Georgia” and “Spartaki” Tsbilisi.

22.02, 14:00. Zugdidi, “Baia” training base. ”Merani” (Martvili) - ”Kollkheti” (Poti) (the first circle 1:0)
Disqualified: Levan Tsurtsumia (Kolkheti).
Referees: J.Khorava ; D. Kvenetadze, I. Ukleba; M. beuklishvili.
Winning this match will be very serious for “Kolkheti” for overcoming play-out. “Merani” has less motivation for this match according to tournament situation, that’s why young players will be given chance to show their possibilities. In this current season these following clubs played each other only in the first and the second league. 7 matches from 12 ended in favor of “Koklkheti”.
22.02, 14:00. Tbilisi, “Boris Paichadze”. “Dinamo” (Tbilisi) - “Sioni” (Bolnisi) (3:0)

Disqualified:  Irakli Karsimashvili (a massage maker of “Dinamo” is not allowed to sit in substitutions); Davit Svanidze, Vaja Nemsadze (Sioni).
Referees: Kh. Gagnidze; Zv. Erkvania, K. Gabriadze; L. Silagava.
It is the match, when both sides know that gained point will not change anything for them. “Sioni’ is the first club has guaranteed play-off and in case of beating “Dinamo”, nothing will change for it. So there is not any intrigue in this match,

46 championship matches were held between these clubs and 38 of these matches ended in favor of “Dinamo”.
22.02, 14:00. Zestaponi, “Davit Abashvidze”. ”Zestaponi” - ”Baia” (Zugdidi) (2:1)
Referees: G. Vadachkoria; G. Kruashvili, K. Tepnadze; I. Urushadze.
Since Sunday the weather is bad in Zestafoni.  But as Sergo Putkaradze press-speaker of “Zestafponi” stated, managing staff of the stadium named after “Davit Abashidze” did its best for cleaning the stadium from snow and for holding training of the club. Shota grigalashvili and Jaba Dvali have recovered and started training.

By the way “Torpedo” won the most matches in a row in this current season. From September 21 to November 20 “Torpedo” manage not to lose 8 matches. If “Zestafoni” does not lose with “Baia’, it will repeat the results of “Torpedo”.
Since 2009 year “Zestafoni” held 9 matches against “Torpedo” and 8 matches ended in favor of “Zestafoni”.

22.02, 14:00. Mtskheta, “Mtskheta Park”. “Wit-Georgia” (Tbilisi) - “Spartaki” (Tskhinvali) (1:2)
Disqualified player: Giorgi Dzadzamia (Wit-Georgia).
Referees: D. Kharitonashvili; L. Mikaldze, I. Machitadze; L. Kvaratskhelia.
This match is considered as central match of the round. This match will define a lot of thing in the tournament. Winner of the match will be in top 8, but loser will keep chance and becomes real candidate of play-out.
According to the statistics these following matches held 13 matches, 8 of them ended in favor of “Wit-Georgia”, one draw and two matches ended in favor of “Spartaki”
22.02, 16:00. Kutaisi, “Centrali”. “Torpedo” (Kutaisi) - “Gagra” (1:0)

Disqualified player: John Jeremya (Gagra).
Referees: A. Krichikashvili; G. Chigogidze, A. Kokaia; A. Nonikashvili.
Both of these clubs are very motivated, gaining point with “Gagra”, will not change anything for “Torpedo”, but if “Torpedo” does not win this match, it leaves chance to its rival to be in top 8.
Competitors held one only match against each other at National stadium and the match ended in favor of “Torpedo”, they took little revenge over its rival after failure at Davit Kipiani Cup.

“Dila” (Gori) - ”Metalurh” (Rustavi) is postponed for March 1
