It is decided: 25-year-old forward Giorgi Merebashvili returned to “Dinamo” Tbilisi. The football player signed 3-year contract with the club where he played in 2006-10 and was the best player.

Giorgi transferred to Serbian “Vojvodina” two years ago. He held 53 matches and scored 11 goals. Merebashvili held 16 matches in Georgian national football team. But he did not score a goal.

“World Sport” published interview with Merebashvili three days ago. The football player mentioned that he had variant to play for “Karpaty” Lviv but it was not active issue anymore – the football player will train on “Dinamo” Digomi base with the team and then he will leave for the Spanish meeting with “Dinamo”.

“I have spent great period in “Novi Sad. I have made a lot of friends”.

“I am grateful to “Vojvodina”. I will play for “Dinamo” again. I support “Vojvodina”, especially “Firma” (fans group). It will stay in my heart forever” – these are the words of Merebashvili which were published on the website of “Vojvodina”.
