Masterclass from Scola to Brazil

Argentina and Lithuania have completed the list of participants of the quarter finals in the 2010 FIBA World Championship. As it was expected, Lithuania celebrated an easy victory over China 78:67, while Argentina made a break through the game against rival Brazil just in the last seconds to record the final score – 93:89.

China, on the other hand made an accent on the team play which resulted in a fact that 4 players dropped in over 10 points for the reds. Asians played well in the first quarter only, after which they were demoralized by the European team.

In despite of the fact that New Jersey “Nets” center Jian Yi made a double-double scoring 11 points and adding 12 rebound, Lithuanians overcame the opponent in rebounds 50 to 30, which was a decisive advantage of the match.
