Manuchar Markoishvili signed an agreement with Italian basketball club “Bennett Cantu” for two years. Member of Georgian National Team played 22 matches in the current season and his average points are 10.8, rebounded 2.0 and assists 1.2. “Cantu” is on the second place with 22 points. “Cantu” plays against  “Cimberio VA” in the first round of play-off.
In 2009 Markoishvili joined “Bennett Cantu” from Ukrainian “BC Kiev”. Before Ukrainian team he was playing for “Olimpija” Slovenia and for ”Benetton” Italy.
Markoishvili gained 11.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists for Georgian National Basketball Team during qualifying round of European 2011 Championship.
According to sport manager of the club – B.Arigon Markoishvili is one of the leaders of the team and he is distinguished with hard-working and high class.
