They set the argument of it the comments between them and Salyers in social web-site FACEBOOK.

Dear Sir/Madam,

To clear up any confusion, I hereby confirm that the open letter is true. It was written and translated in Georgian by my Georgian agent Levan Mikeladze on my behalf. All facts and wording of the letter was written down based on my phone conversation with my agent telling him what to write. Though I didn't read the final draft before it was sent and can't understand the Georgian letter, the English version on your website is factual and true.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Marc Salyers

Here is comment of Levan Salukvadze:

“To my mind after Salyers letter there should be made comments from the club about concrete facts, which were mentioned in this letter. Translation and publication of this letter is secondary in this case. As a result, club’s position can be said as none relevant in this situation.  After dirty accusations in press and mass-media from vice-president about their former players of course it doubles financial and moral damages. Salyers just decided to clarify everything with this open letter. Translating this letter into Georgian and publishing was very unpleasant for me (which caused scandal in Georgian basketball) in spite of this I felt my responsibility in comparison with the club and as his only representative in Georgia I helped him to protect his reputation, which was desecrated by the club.

Franc Robinson is to publish the same type letter in the nearest future. This time, not to cause none-adequate comments from “Sokhumi”, I asked Robinson to apply worlsport.ge himself on its official e-mail”.

P.S. As you can see, this topic is not closed, on the contrary it seems that it will continue more interestingly. Worldsport.ge is ready to give chance to both sided of publishing their arguments.
