Today, at Tbilisi Spots Palace was held central match of VII round of National basketball championship between “Sokhumi” and “Kutaisi-2010”. The match ended in favor of “Kutaisi-2010” – 81:64. Giorgi Barbakadze and Richard Matiashvili of “Kutaisi-2010” gained 17-17 points, as for “Sokhumi”, Lasha Parghalava gained 23 points. It worth mentioning, that Sergo Atuashvili could not help “Sokhumi” due to injury. Several days ago he injured during the training and supposedly he will not be able to play for two weeks. After the match, Rimvydas Samulenas new head coach of “Sokhumi” made the following comment:

“I cannot say much, because I have just arrived, but it is clear that guys were shooting very badly today. Georgians are very ambitious and I think after training we will achieve much more”.

Today’s next match holds between “Armia” and GTU at 16:00 o’clock.
