Kote Tugushi (head coach of “Armia”): “Today, we have played against a very strong club. They played especially well in the first quarter. We needed to improve playing in defence. I did not lose hope till the start of the last 10 minutes but it was not our day”.

Irakli Sakvarelidze (basketball player of “Armia”): “I am disappointed. We played badly. We deserved going through the next round but I cannot say it after today’s game”.

Toon Van Helfteren (head coach of “Leiden”): “We had realized playing against “Armia” well. We knew all about their strong and weak sides. We started well and boys did their best. They deserve a lot of compliments. We showed high class playing”.

Mohammed Kherrazi (basketball player of “Leiden”): “We played well in the first quarter. We needed only victory and fans played a key role in achieving success. They did not let us slacken”.
