Levan Kobiashvili is to be sentenced one-year disqualification.  Discipline commission of German football union made such strict decision. But it is not completely decided yet, but supposedly verdict will not chance any more.

 As far as you know, after the match between “Fortuna” Dusseldorf and “Hertha”, the referee of the match Wolfgang Shtark accused the players of “Hertha” in assault and as for Kobiashvili, he said that Georgian player physically abused him.

According to the commission, Shtark stated that Kobiashvili struck him with his fist in the back of the head.

Levan is disqualified till May 16, 2013 and as for the several players of “Hertha” (Lell, Kraft, Miatovic) are disqualified for several months and also fined. For example Lel is disqualified for 6 matched- due to splitting Stark.

Lambertz, midfielder of “Fortuna” is also among disqualified players: he assaulted the referee and that’s why he is disqualified for two matches, he is also fined with 5000 EUR.

According to German web-site “Kicker”, the authority of “Hertha” is to appeal this verdict.

Werner Gegenbauer president of “Hertha” states the following:”Kobiashvili swears that he did not kick Stark”.
