Georgian tennis player Oksana Kalashnikova lost in the semifinal of doubles tournament (75 000 USD) which is held in the city of the United Arab Emirates, Dubai.
In the first round, Kalashnikova and Russian Marta Sirotkina beat Russian Rodina and Turkish Senoglu 6:3, 7:6 (7:3). Then they were winning over Ukrainian Tsurenko and Russian Pervak 6:2, 1:1 when the opponents refused to continue playing.
In the semifinal, Georgian-Russian duet played against No.2 seed duet of German Goerges and Croatian Martic and lost 5:7, 6:7 (7:9).
In singles tournament, Kalashnikova played against No.2 seed player Latvian Anastasia Sevastova and lost 5:7, 6:2, 6:7 (3:7).
