Dear Friends, greetings and best wishes to all of you here, thanks for expressing such support. It is the third day, after making statement about retirement from the national team and during this time I got a lot of messages on my mobile or computer, my friends and unknown people were calling to me. I felt a great warmth from the people. It remained the only unanswered question: Why I left national team.

Until then, I would like to respond to the infamous letter, which was released by the Football Federation, whole letter is full of direct or indirect charges or advice. Simply, they could at least say thanks.  During 15 years when I was playing for national team I suspect that employees of football federation did not have even 15 minutes of joy. However, sportsman works for people and not for a narrow understanding of one group of people, some of who may be were put in a warm seat from a circus Arena. By the way, when there is talk about difference politics and football, it is very funny to talk about none-intervention in football by the government. Today, some employees of football federation give me advice how I had to behave in attitude towards Temut Ketsbaia. Calm down gentlemen, you should not worry about my relationship with Temo. I am not going to talk about this absurd letter any more.

My friends, I ask all fans to realize whole my letter and not partially. I mean true fans and not such people who think that “Kaladze sold the match against Italy”, this letter will not be interesting for spectators of “Madrid-Real” match. As far as you know, one person changing several parties perceived "Real Madrid - Barcelona's" game as "Madrid - Real Madrid,".
Question - What I left? - My answer is that I have not had a moral right to play for national team while another member of national team George Demetradze absolutely baseless, with absurd charges is in prison for two years, and I, his friend could not help him. Excuse me, but humanity, friendship are primary values for me and football is secondary. It is two years, Demetradze is arrested and during this time I fight to myself, I really did not want to heart my favorite team and the fans, however, I think this is a sort of protest against injustice, it will be understood by society correctly, so that all this time, the Federation has not said any possitive words about Demetradze told to.

All there were added series of attacking articles by some none-professional journalists. Some people with help of journalists tried to influence on national team. There were talks about my age and finally 29-year-old Khizanishvili was called veteran. There were such opinions in society that due to Kaladze, some young members of the team did not have chance of playing. If they released only Kaladze it would not be unjustified. I solved this problem and left national team, one year is left till starting of qualifying round and I think that it is quite enough time for making optimal main staff. Young players also will have chance of showing their possibilities to coaches.
It must be mentioned also that during for some years I give questions, but none one answers it. Questions were about murder of Girgvliani and deprive of citizenship from businessman Bidzina Ivanishvili. But answers to these questions was silence or cynicism characterized for this regime.

Some of them criticize place of my statement and says that due to politics I would not leave national team. I repeat once again: it was not establishment of political party, it was establishment of social movement. So, it was the best place for my statement because there was society. There were advocates, philosophers, doctors, my fans, who are not indifferent to my future football career. I considered myself that it was necessary to make such statement in public way and I did it, just I did not bother them with telling the reasons of my decision.
In conclude, I want to repeat once more, that I really worry about retirement from national team and ask all fans, do not judge sportsmen, they are also people and everyone can make mistake.

I wish all the best to national team, such success that Georgian people deserve. Once again I would like to express my gratitude for support during these years. For me it is unforgettable how you supported my family during our family tragedy. I also love and respect you very much. God bless you.
