Ivo Susak: "Georgian Football Has a Great Potential"

After the ballot of European Championship 2013, Ivo Susak, head coach of Croatian U-21 team, stated that his team was not in an easy group.

“It is not an easy group. We all know possibilities of Spanish team in world and European football. Swiss U-17 and U-21 teams are on top positions for last 10 years. Georgia? I can state that I know Georgian football well and it has a great potential. After all, neither Estonia is Andorra” – stated Susak in the conversation with Croatian edition. His team will hold the first match of the 5th qualifying group against Georgia.

Luis Milia, head coach of Spanish team, agrees with Susak and he thinks that they will not hold an easy match against Georgia.

“Overall, it is not an easy group. Croatian and Swiss youth teams have progress. Switzerland went through the final stage of European Championship. We beat Croatia in play off. As for Georgia and Estonia, we will hold difficult matches against them. While making the calendar, we chose such time against these teams when pitches will not be in a bad condition in these countries” – official website of Spanish Football Federation cited the words of Milia.
