Hakuho Aproaches "Emperor's Cup", Georgians Continue Losing

 

Yokoxuna Hakuho the strongest Sekotor of professional Sumo approaches to “Emperor’s Cup”. “White Phoenix” won 10 times at the first super tournament of a year, which is underway in “Riogoku Kokugikan”.
27-year-old Hakuho won over Kotoshogiku Sekiwake without problem. As for European Sumo wrestlers, they do not have chance to win “Emperor Cup”. Estonian Baruto lost with Russian Aran, Bulgarian Kotooshu lost with Homasho Maegashira #4.

Levan Tsaguria a pioneer of Georgian Sumo is also in trouble. 29-year-old Tsaguria the same “Kokai” suffers from right elbow and continues competing in such way.
This time he wrestled against 28-year-old Japanese Kitataiki, but he could not manage to beat him.
“Kokai” Maegashira #15 has 3 victories and 7 failures, which means make-koshi the same negative balance.
For keeping place in Elite Makuuchi he needs to win all the 5 matches, which is very difficult and vague. His next rival is Korius Maegashira #12. He has not wrestled against 26-year-old Mongolian Sumo wrestler for a year.
Teimuraz Jugheli the heaviest Sekitor of Makuuchi (198 kg) lost with Mokonami Maegashira #12.
Gagamaru balance is 4-6, so for kachi-kushi the same positive balance he needs to win 4 fights from 5 ones. Tomorrow in the morning Georgian Sekitor fights against 29-year-old Japanese Homasho. 23-year-old Georgian Sumo wrestler won over Maegashira #4 last year in July.
