The second match of the 11th round of Basketball Super League was held between GTU and “Sokhumi”. The match ended in favor of GTU – 94:74. It is remarkable that Lasha Pargalava of “Sokhumi” due to injury could not play in this match.
Zviad Antadze scored 23 points for GTU and Levan Patsatsia scored 28 points for “Sokhumi”.
After the match Rimvydas Samulenas head coach of “Sokhumi” stated the following:”to my mind my players did not estimate rivals in relevant way. They thought that it would be easy match. They were doing their bests at training and as for the match, they did not. Pargalava’s injury played big role in our failure too. But nothing is lost yet, we will continue training and we hope that will be able to improve our mistakes”.
The last match of the day starts at 18:00 o’clock between TSU and “Dinamo”.
