Greco-Romans Take Six Sportsmen in London

Today, license race for London Olympic Games ended up in Helsinki.  Georgian national Free-style wrestling team did not arrive in Finland at all, because whole its staff will compete at Olympic Games, it was guaranteed for them before Finn tournament.  Greco-Roman team used its chance perfectly- Begi Darchia’s 4 sportsmen managed to gain license for Olympic Games. Revaz Lashkhi (60kg), Vladimer Gegeshidze (84kg) and Guram Parseladze (heavy weight) managed to go through the final. Perseladze wrestled in final today and gained silver medal.
Perseladze beat Greek Ksenofon Kutsiompas, Tajik Murojon Tuichiev and Bulgarian Ivan Ivanov before going through the final. He lost final match with Russian Hasan Baroev, who has a lot of titles. The only weight where Georgian team will not have representative at Olympic Games is 55 kg.  Besides Lashkhi, Gegeshidze and Perseladze, Manuchar Tskhadaia (66kg), Zurab Datunashvili (74kg) and Soso Jabidze (96kg) gained license for London Olympic Games, but no one can exactly say who will leave for London, these following sportsmen or others. Head coach of the team will make final decision after finishing preparation process.
