Preliminary matches of the second day are underway at Grand Slam, which is underway in the capital of France, Paris. Georgian national judo team has already finished competition at this following tournament. Avtanfil Chrikashvili (81 kg), Varlam Liparteliani, Zurab Zviadauri (both of them 90 kg), Levan Zhorzholiani (100 kg), Zviad Khanjaleishvili and Adam Okruashvili wrestled today and none of them managed to go theourgh semi/final.

Zviadauri and Zhorzholiani lost in the first matches, Chrikashvili, Khanjaleishvili and Okruashvili managed to beat one rival, Liparteliani stopped competing in 1/4 final and took the fifth place. As a result Liparteliani earned 60 ranking points.
