According to reliable sources in 2011-12 season assistant of Kote Tugushi new head coach of “Army”, winner of Georgian championship, Georgian Cup and Super Cup will be Gia Kazanjiani. As for the team, Buba Kvimsadze back-liner will join “Army”.
Kazanjiani is head coach of Georgian National U-16 Team and will work in the both teams. It is worth mentioning that in 2010-11 he was working in two teams, for U-16 team and for GSAU.
As for Kvimsadze, he was captain of “Kutaisi-2010” and played big role in winning silver medal at Georgian 20th National Basketball Championship.
“Army” which is preparing for Euro Challenge and Georgian tournaments finished transferring Georgian players, now the club is to transfer 4 legionaries.
