Gia Guruli Is a Head Coach of "Dinamo" Batumi

Gia Guruli is appointed as a head coach of “Dinamo” Batumi. “World Sport” was informed about it yesterday. Today, we contacted Guruli and he proved this information. 47-year-old coach worked for Georgian national team in 2004-2005. He was an assistant of French Alain Giresse. Guruli worked in France and coached Dunkirk young team. Many African football players arrived in Georgian clubs with his help: Paul Kesan, Eric Chasem, Boyomo Fridolin and others…

“Dinamo” Batumi is in the seventh place of bottom Top 8 in Supreme League of Georgian Championship. Soso Nasuashvili coached the team.

Guruli was one of the best forwards in “Dinamo” Tbilisi, “Guria” Lanchkhuti, Polish “Gks Katowice” and French “Le Havre”. Guruli held three matches in the national team.

It is interesting that “Dinamo” Batumi was the first professional club in football career of Gia. He transferred from “Dinamo” Batumi to “Dinamo” Tbilisi in 1982.
