Last year, when Gia Chiaberashvili signed three-year contract with “Zestafoni” stated that his main goal was keeping championship. Young coach brought victory to the club and now has chance of making double. On May 26, “Zestafoni” is to play against “Dila” in Georgian Cup and the upcoming final match is the first Chiaberashvili as head coach. ’World Sport” has talked with head coach of “Zestafoni” about the previous championship and about the final.

Are you planning maximum result at Georgian Cup after winning championship? Medals are guaranteed for the club and do not you think that due to it the club may relax?
- According to our attitude towards the job and principles any kind of relax is excluded. We are not such clubs and we do not have such titles, that winning Georgian Cup to be unimportant for us. That’s why we are very determined.
- Executive committee has never declared champion, do not you think that it reflected on the club?
- No, I do not think so. We deserved to become a champion, we became champions with spectacular playing. I understand players of “Metallurg”. It is difficult when you celebrate championship and then you lose it. I also was touched by this fact.
- Here and who is preparing the club for the final of Cup?
- In Zestafoni, we are training at training base. We will come in Tbilisi a day before the match, we will stay at the hotel and go on preparing. We always do in such way, we did not use to have meeting two or three days before either for Champions League matches or Europe League.
- Who will not be able to play due to traumas?
- Giorgi Khidesheli and Aleksi Benashvili, who were helping us during the while season are injured. Khidesheli is in Belgium, he has to be operated on.
- How would you estimate the rival?
- “Dila” is one of the best clubs of Georgia. Temur Shalamberidze and Gia Tsetsadze are very strong coaches. It is their merit that the club is so mobilized.  When they were appointed, there was chaos in “Dila”. They just did not have time, in other way they could achieve much more. “Dila” has another type sponsoring after owned by Ministry of Interior Affairs.  
- In the previous championship, “Dila” showed a strong resistance to you, should we expect tense final?
- I have already mentioned that “Zestafoni” is better club than “Dila”, but in spite of this we have equal chance of winning. “Dila” as well as we are good team. We will do our best for winning the title. It is remarkable that both of the clubs are preparing for European tournaments. Only winning the cup named after Davit Kipiani is left. We promise the fans, that we will show spectacular and it will be a good final. I hope that we will win this decisive match.
