In the qualifying circle of European U-19 Water Polo Championship, Georgian team won two from four matches and took the third place. Unfortunately, our team could not go through the final stage.

Istanbul hosted matches of Group A and the host team took the first place. Turkey defeated Georgia 10:6 and Belarus won us over 4:7. These two teams will play in final.

The players of Revaz Chomakhidze (Shubladze, Kapanadze, Karchiladze, Jakhaia, Tsankashvili, Rtskhiladze, Kartvelishvili, Kakulia, Urushadze, Kazakhishvili, Chikvinidze, Gelashvili, Suladze) defeated Moldova (11:7) and Cyprus (15:2), though, it did not decide anything.
