This morning, 16-year-old swimmer Irakli Bolkvadze established personal record (2.18.42) at World Championship which is underway in the city of China, Shanghai. On April 30, 2011, he established record when swam 200 meters in 2 minutes, 21 seconds and 86 hundredth. In Shanghai, Irakli is going to improve his record with 3 seconds and 44 hundredth. So, he will be close to Olympic license.
Considering his progress this year, Irakli Bolkvadze is a real candidate of Olympic license.
