Georgian Archeries took the 4th place in Archery World Cup

 

Georgian Women Archery Team took the 4th place in the fourth round of Archery World Cup, which took places in the city of China, Shanghai. It should be considered as a very good result.

Georgian archers’ threesome (Kristine Esebua, Khatuna Narimanidze, Natia Tsintsadze) was on the 14th place in 1/8 final. But beat team of the U.S.A (rating 3) 216:211. Georgian archer Khatuna Kvrivihvili (now, Loring) was member of this team.
In the 1/4 final Georgians won N.11 Russian Team 195:190. In the semi final Chinese strongest team (rating 2) beat Georgian team 202:213.
In the fight for the 3rd place Georgian team played against team of Taiwan and lost 206:219. South Correa became champion of this tournament. This team justified favorite’s status and beat China in final match 222:217.
