Georgia has filled an application to host European championship 2020. At the beginning it was planned that Georgia and Azerbaijan would make an application jointly, but after consultation with Azerbaijan side, Georgia decided to fill an application alone.

Lado Vadzelashvili, Minister of Sports and youth Affair and Domenti Sichinava President of Georgian football federation stated this information at the press-conference which was held in the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs.
