Geor-gia was successful in the next round of beach volleyball World Championship which is being held in the city of Norway, Kristiansand. Renato Gomes and Jorje Terserio won the 9-11th places. They collected 240 rating points and were awarded by 6 000 USD.

Geor-gia (rank 17) won three matches from four. In play off Chinese duet (Vu-Ksu, rating 6) beat Geor-gia and they finished participating in this championship.
