Georgian duet Saka-Rtvelo overcame qualifying round, but could not manage to win any match in the main wrap, they shared the 25^th-32^nd places.Georgian duet (Brazilian girls Andrezza Chagas and Christine Santanna) which was No.3 seed in the qualifying round, they managed to beat Dutch duet (Meertens-De Vries, No.30 seed) 2:0 (21:6, 21:18) and then beat Austrian duet easily (Rimser-Svoboda, No.18 seed).
In the main wrap Saka-Rtvelo lost with Chinese duet (Ksue-Zhanf Ksi, No.2 seed) - 0:2 (17:21, 18:21) and then lost with Austrian pair (Hansel-Montaniol, No.18 seed) – 0:2 (15:21, 12:21).
